Charlotte’s Web-E.B. White

This story is about a little piglet named Wilbur who gets rescued by the farmer’s daughter Fern. When he is all grown up his life is threatend ahead because Ferns dad wants to get rid of him because he is the runt of the other pigs. But in the barn he meets a friend named Charlotte who is a wise spider, and she has a plan that just might save him. If you want to find out what happens to Wilbur read Charlotte’s Web by E.B. White. I think this book would appeal to most boys and girls equally because its not too mushy and its not to violent, and it peaks a person’s intrest to see what happens in the end.

This is a very emotional book. Even though everything turned out great in the end, it was very sad. All of the barnyard animals have very nice personalities. I think that it is one of the most depressing books I’ve read.

I love this book and the movie. It is so sad and kinda funny. I like the part in the movie where the horse faints because of Charlotte. Next time I go to the library, I will check out the book.

Sorry, that’s Charlotte, not to be confused with Carlotte or Carlos.
